Rachel Winokur is a member of Healthagen’s senior leadership team. Healthagen, through both acquisitions and business incubations, brings together a wide range of payer-neutral population health management solutions and health information technology capabilities.

Rachel leads mergers and acquisitions, strategy, and the development and operations of Healthagen’s emerging businesses.  Rachel joined Aetna from the Carlyle Group, a global private equity firm, where she invested in healthcare companies for Carlyle’s US Growth Equity Fund. Prior to that role, Rachel was
Vice President of Business Development and a corporate officer of Datascope, a publicly- traded medical devices company focused on cardiovascular medicine and critical care that was acquired by Mindray and Gettinge. Previously, she spent several years in operations and business development with Bertelsmann, a global media company. Rachel started her career at Goldman Sachs in the mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets departments.

Rachel received an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a BSE with honors in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
