Andy Kahl

Andy Kahl is an industry and privacy analyst who has been crunching data for more than a decade. His entry into the world of data-driven marketing came in 2006 as an analyst for online ad exchange Right Media, and he continued that work when the company was acquired by Yahoo! in 2007.

Andy has been working on the privacy side of the fence since 2010, when he signed up to work on a little-known browser extension called Ghostery. Since then he's helped a talented team grow Ghostery into the web's leading consumer transparency tool, and his insights into the advertising industry and consumer privacy have been featured by the Altantic, the Finanical Times, Huffington Post, NPR's All Things Considered, and CNN International.
